All merchandise is hand pressed from the heart, especially for you; therefore, all sales are final.
For garments, please consult the size charts before finalizing your order. If you need to contact us regarding your order, please email us immediately at hello@theimabeshop.com with your order number and issue in the subject line.
Exchange Policy

For health and sanitary reasons, we do not offer exchanges on our merchandise. If you have any problems with the items received, please send a detailed email within 24 hours of delivery to hello@theimabeshop.com, with your order number and issue in the subject line; and we will respond as soon as possible.
Shipping

All orders will be processed within 7-10 business days. This excludes holidays and weekends. Standard shipping time can vary between 5-10 business days after the order leaves our facility; however, most orders are estimated to arrive within 2-5 business days after the order leaves our facility. You will receive notification via email or text message once your order ships.
